One vet expressed slight concern at my horse losing balance a lot when he was having his teeth done. But it was after application of sedative so I don’t know what to think of it. Like, isn’t it pretty normal to not have good balance when you’re on sedatives?..
I didn’t hear big concern from other specialists he’s having. He has all things checked in time: physio checks, teeth, hooves, blood tests, parasite tests… Pretty much anything. But I want to find someone with actual experience in neuro things.

Yes they do tend to be wobbly after sedation. Pretty normal. Not all horses handle drugs the same. I saw a horse have a bad reaction to the drugs used during castration. He was having tremors and trying to run off. Not sure how it turned out as I left after watching for 45 minutes. I know they gave him more drugs to hopefully calm him down.
