New Covid Guidelines for Tryon

If shows are going to happen this year, this looks like a pretty feasible approach.

I agree. I would love to let my daughter go show there. It is the use of bathrooms along the way and hotels etc. and the fear of a horse show causing an outbreak that is making me think we should just stay home. I have also seen some N.C. horse show parents commenting on Facebook mocking social distancing rules and it made me wonder if our privileged world realizes we all have to do our part.

I thought their guidelines looked thorough, and they will actually have the staffing and resources to implement their plan. Plus, there are a lot of rental houses in the area, which allows you to keep your distance a little more than a hotel would. But, I’m guessing the show days may be long, so people will have to be patient.

Yes. They also have a lot of rental properties right there on the showgrounds, plus places to eat and a little grocery store, so people could just stay right there.
