Hi all,
I signed up for a digital subscription last week and so far have not been able to access the current week’s edition. Does it take time to confirm your subscription or something? I know there’s a function I can use to confirm it but I haven’t had access to a magazine yet to get my number off of it…
Have I missed something? Getting a little frustrated.

If you have questions about or problems with your Chronicle subscription, the quickest way to get a response is to email us at subscriptions@chronofhorse.com or by submitting a question through our web form (http://www.chronofhorse.com/contact)
Make sure in any communication with us to include your full name, mailing and email addresses (better to do by email as it’s a bit more private than here!)
Also, the subscriber email verification does not require any special subscription/magazine numbers - simply your name, address and email, and it instantly gives you access to the current issue.
I think this has already been resolved but if you have further questions please let me know.
