It already ends up here (well not anymore, we put the backhoe in the ground to eliminate the problem by installing solid pvc in order to be able to cap it and hold it in the farmers field where it belongs). The tricky part is the drainage districts - across the street is a different county.
Where it floods now is our east side yard. That by itself isn’t an issue - the issue is that it floods the nice neighbor’s yard too. I don’t mind natural runoff pooling there but it backflows thousands of gallons of field runoff. It will backflow for a day or two, ending up several feet deep there.
Eta: the neighbor from hell has no say in this, period. The tile doesn’t run on his property at all. He just wants to insert himself in everything. We’ve been calling him the mayor. The guy is totally full of baloney - told the nice neighbors the tree that intruded on their smaller tile was a silver maple. I was over there helping them clean up the mess they made replacing the tile and looked at the tree - it’s a river birch.
