Leopold’s adoption contract went through. He leaves in the next day or so. Miggy is going to graduate from the crate at night. Look out, house kitties, that little pest is going to have free rein all night long, lol.

Oh, he does have that bobcat look. He will be quite interesting to see as an adult. If I didn’t live in CA I would snatch him up in a minute. He’s so cute.

Miggy (we’re debating between Mork, Martin, or Murphy, if he stays) was adorable last night. His first night free and he found us in bed for snuggles and blanket monster games. It’s amazing how still you can be when every twitch of a toe is a personal dragon quest in the mind of a hyper kitten.

I remember the first night that my three orphan kittens (now failed fosters) had access to my bed instead of being shut in the guest room. These three included Brio, and there’s definitely a reason he’s named Brio. I thought at the time that it was a bit like sleeping in bed with several set traps. One wrong twitch, and snap!

Oh yes. I’ve gotten pictures of the kittens who were adopted out. Cute pictures of them with their new families. For privacy reasons, I don’t think I should post them, but they all seem to have landed safely.

I think Miggy is going to look very serious and distinguished when he grows up. Now, whether he ACTS serious and distinguished will be another matter, but he’s already got a very adult-looking face and expression. An elder-statesman type of cat.
