My total so far for the month of March is now $45.
I think it might finally be dawning on her that if she doesn’t win this lawsuit she initiated… she might lose it. And if she loses it… at the very least she will owe quite a bit of money when it comes to other parties’ attorneys fees.
The recent filings from Lollypop’s side all seem quite defensive to me. And they are still in the discovery phase, and she hasn’t even sat for her deposition yet. It does NOT reflect any attitude of confidence on Lollypop’s attorneys’ part.

I can imagine GJ and Haleybot will have a lot to say in the civil trials! Maybe they can find the people involved in the “cranberry juice bottle” episode that warranted an arrest and protracted (constant delays) outcome.
LK would be smart to settle and by settling i mean her giving up her dream of any $$$ from this. Moving forward only invites losses ranging from medium to severe. Reputationally, it’s suicide.
That bridge has been crossed regarding a ruined reputation. All that’s left is banning her and taking what money she has.
I agree. It’s time to mitigate the damage from this whole mess. I guess that’s part of the reason there is a parallel mediation process though… to nudge parties to consider a mitigated outcome.
To me, a big unanswered question? How long can LK afford to continue waging this legal fight? I think we all agree it’s dubious that GAS took her on a contingency basis… but we don’t really know the situation. We can only make guesses.
We also don’t know who is paying her legal bills. Or how they are paying her legal bills.
Anyway… I suspect it’s possible that pressure related to Lollypop’s own legal bills will be ratcheting up, considerably, over the next few months as they get into the heart of the discovery process, and multiple depositions.
This is interesting. Can relatives of a client really withhold information that might be damaging? Maybe that’s what JK and KK think they are doing. Or does this just mean that the lawyer can’t request them to withhold information?

I guess we will know the limit to her means at the time she decides it is not prudent to go through with the civil suit that will lay bare to the entire world the true ugliness she is capable of!
If she thinks she has been hurt by what happened up until know, she will experience an entirely new world of hurt when the civil suit is allowed to showcase everything Taylor protected her from in the criminal case.
I think LK already showed she did not have unlimited means when she couldn’t afford to go to New Jersey in the first place unless she got a deal on her stalls and housing.
As it turned out, it was very unfortunate that MB was kind enough to cut her a break.
But she has told her story many times… all over SM raging, ranting and threatening even before the shooting… even doing that here on many, many threads… on the stand (impeached)… on 48 Hours (halt, halt) … so how would that deposition hinder anything? Unless the interwoven versions of everything have gotten far too complicated to unravel now and are thus harder to keep straight.
This particular rule just applies to what the lawyers can and cannot do. Third parties can still be subpoenaed to provide information - relatives included.

Yep. Multiple others. And Lollypop’s team is nervous about that information making its way into her civil suit.
Would those of us who have been threatened with law suit via DM on this site count as people who have been harrassed by LK?
She hasn’t told it anywhere that involved any legal consequences for her when her story turned out to be fiction.
Isn’t a witness list eventually released from both sides?
Did GAS take her on contigency? Around here it’s free until you win your case then 30%.
