This is good news for OHBS/GOV breeders who use frozen semen. There is a new form that does not require the signature of the stallion owner or agent. This will help in situations where the breeding certificates obtained from the SO or agent were lost, or not passed along to the new buyer when doses are resold.
Note that the above form can be used ONLY for frozen semen breedings. For foals resulting from fresh semen inseminations, a standard fresh semen breeding certificate signed by the stallion owner and inseminating vet or technician is still required.
