Do I still need to wipe their bums to stimulate a bm?

Nope. They should be going on their own.
But we need pictures! Baby kittens are the best

they should be fine. Depending on the level of stress they were under I’d just keep an eye on them if they are new to you.

I’d still offer them KMR, if you’re not already doing so. They need the extra calories while they’re growing.
They may also want a litterbox of their own (if you have other cats, that is) to encourage them to go in a safe place.
