Maybe Jeffers takes the airline approach and “oversells”? 
I’ve had a few merchants where I haven’t gotten any shipping notification and I figured something was wrong and then the item just arrived. I would think most places are going to scan what’s leaving the warehouse when an order is fulfilled though and shipping info should update accordingly. Thankful I am good on Duos for now. Curious if there is any feedback on the new ripstop fabric they are using vs the traditional ballistic. I’ve not had any tears on Rambos or Rhinos and only on Amigo Hero ripstop.
I’ve had that happen too. But I’d suspect that the company knows if it hasn’t shipped? I do hope they’re correct that one is designated for me but I need to get it for that to help. I made the mistake of shipping it to work but it wasn’t in the mailroom as of yesterday.
If I’m looking at alternatives, any suggestions? This horse is an 81 and fits well in Rambo. His 78 Rambo was small but worked in a pinch. My 78 rhinos…did not. He’s in a weatherbeeta 81 that’s rubbing a bit but it was all I owned in the size. And an 81 Derbyhouse Elite sheet that fits wonderfully. He’s a big thoroughbred who still has weight to put on. I failed to follow the rule of “make sure your horse fits the blankets you already own.” Would like to spend no more than 300ish and have some options (so 2 blankets or a blanket plus liners). Big ask lol.
I went looking for Horseware alternatives last year, and bought a Busse blanket. It was really the only other brand I could find with the v snap chest.
It’s been a very solid blanket, and fits very similarly to my Rambos. No complaints!

That’s really unfortunate @IPEsq. They’re still doubling down that mine is available and awaiting shipping… I’m hoping this is the case as a friend ordered the same size on Saturday and already received it which makes me think they’re processing orders in whatever order they feel like.
I received the following this morning:
I am so sorry, our warehouse is a little behind due to an influx in orders. I show this order has not yet been shipped. I have notified the warehouse to try to get this shipped today. Please let me know if there is anything more I can assist you with. Have a great day.
We shall see… Today. Or tomorrow. This has been the line every day since Wednesday.
That is a bummer. I ordered mine on Saturday as well. Seems like totally random and their e-store software didn’t keep up with inventory. I just hope I don’t have to fight to actually receive the refund. I would have ordered from Horseware, but they were also sold out in 81s quickly in 100g last I looked.

I feared that they would oversell because it was a good deal. That’s a shame. I think I’ve only ordered from them once or twice before and didn’t have issues, but I’m a bit wary now with some of the customer service reviews.
Latest update. It should ship Saturday or Monday (which probably means January or never). I don’t actually believe them at this point. Maybe I’m being annoying, but in a year of unprecedented vet bills (and my well pump died on Monday because why not?), I need a refund before I go buy something else so I’m trying to stay on top of this. That said, all they’re offering is “we’re shipping it tomorrow!” If I didn’t know they were a legit business, I’d fear I was scammed…

You probably are slated for an item that got scanned halfway through the process before shipping and then disappeared. That’s why they haven’t said it’s oversold - the warehouse is “trying to locate it”. It physically existed (or, was scanned at least) at some point…
Pure speculation and no excuse because it’s still SUPER frustrating. But you could definitely ask them for a refund at this point and likely get it with little fuss.
Lol, yeah, like that wrong size that shipped to me…they’re waiting for all those to come back so they can fulfill other orders.
Apparently they’re sending another 75" set to me to replace the one with the MIA liner. We will see if it’s the right size with all the right stuff! That’ll be three big boxes to me and two big boxes back to them. Seems like it would’ve been easier just to send a liner? But 
Probably. But, at this point, if they don’t have it? Give me my money back. But they insist it’s coming and aren’t interested in that conversation… mistakes happen but I now have had 2 bad experiences with Jeffers (years ago they tried to make me pay return shipping for a defective item then tried to charge a return fee or something like that…the item arrived broken — it was packed broken in bubble wrap —and while it wasn’t expensive, the fees I’d have to pay to return it, were more than the cost of the item itself). I probably won’t be shopping with them again.

No hint of a refund here either yet other than their words. I paid through PayPal so I guess I could open a dispute if nothing happens. Ugh.
I may try to just find a blanket overseas at this point. Did you know there is a 100g Rambo stable blanket? Not the nylon Amigos. Appears it was only sold overseas. I threw one in my cart (on sale and no tax) when getting new boots recently.

Has anyone bought the premier equine blankets? Yes, I can do a search but it looks like I can build something similar though not with the v front for a similar price with liners that might work… I’m really looking for a 100g and some liners to supplement what I have. Big enough for his shoulders and something that won’t look like a mini skirt on Big Boy Roy (as my husband has started calling him).
I love my PE blankets. There’s a thread about them from last year I think.

Thanks! I’ve looked at them for years but the drop looked too much for my other TB. This guy they may actually work.
While my blanket hasn’t shipped, I do have a tracking number with a promise that it will ship on Monday. I will say, the tracking number is progress… I did add the PE blankets and liners to my cart so maybe I should create as account for further movement?
You do know that once you buy the PE blankets the Duo will ship, right? I think it’s an internet shipping law…
