What are people’s experience with the new or newer Sooner living quarter trailers? I want a slide out and around a 14ft short wall. Love the 4Stars, Bloomers, Cimmerons, etc… but can’t swallow the $100k+ price tag and finding a used one hasn’t happened. So now looking at other brands and wondered what people thought of Sooner these days - pros and cons. I don’t want junk that won’t last or that isn’t safe for the horses.
We looked at one when shopping for a new LQ within the past 6 months and were not at all impressed.
I have a Sooner 2006 LQ horse trailer and LOVE it! The attention to the detail in the LQ is excellent and the trailer is sturdy and extremely well built. I have not looked at the Sooner brand of trailer lately but certainly my model year I could not recommend high enough…
Good friends of ours have an older Sooner (early 2000’s) and it’s in great shape and a very nice trailer. Granted it doesn’t have a slide out but it is aging well.
