I am supposing this also includes drainage? What I couldn’t believe the initial build-out did not include! How was that ever overlooked? The aisles between barns are essentially open sewers.

I’m wondering why they tore down the barns near the office last fall and haven’t done anything since. This also says they are replacing 2 barns, what about all of the other old barns? I thought all were being replaced.
Wonder what happens with all the old memories like the stall plaques?

The stalls will still be too small for large horses. This was their opportunity to make them bigger & they didn’t. The tents currently being used across from the Rolex were tiny. My 17.1 guy was squeezed into them. Think they were 9x9, the new ones I think are like 10x10.
They did make them bigger. They will be 10x12. The shed row barns are currently 10x10
