Were I in the jury, I’d be considerably moved by the sight of Barisone sobbing in the background as his attorney lists the littany of signs of his mental and physical decline.

Totally agree! Honestly, I don’t know how he cannot be found not guilty. LK will certainly go on the war path after this and she’s living 15 minutes away from his facility in Florida.

I don’t know about anyone else, but as someone that has never watched a trial live, I find it fascinating how much happens WITHOUT the jury.
There is so much they don’t know.

Agree! I am obsessed. Play it while I muck, drive, eat…I’ll look at Law & Order on TV in a whole new way. Better than any podcast or true crime show!
