Hello. I am new to this forum. I am horseless at this point in life and have been trying to clean tack out of the barn. I have actually re-homed everything except one saddle. The saddle is a western barrel saddle that I got as part of a trade with something else. It isn’t safe to ride in, but some parts of it could be recycled. What I wanted to have happen was to give it to a pony club that would dismantle it and learn about how saddles are made in the process. Someone on another forum indicated an interest in it a couple of months ago, but I have not heard from them since. Is there anyone that does pony club work here that would be interested. I would want them to pay for the shipping, but the saddle would be free otherwise. I just want to get it out of my house.

You are right on both counts. I probably should have just said 4-H clubs and maybe put it in the give away forum. Thanks for the correction.
