Pretty much like my title says! I really want to try out foxhunting, but I am not familiar with the hunts in my area beyond knowing a few of their names. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

definitely Camargo. Possibly Woodford. Iroquois has the reputation of being rather forbidding.
I am one of the MFH’s at Camargo and we would certainly welcome discussing it with you. We have country in Owen County, KY that is only about 40 minutes from KHP. We are typically there one weekend per month for Sat/Sun hunts. We will be there this weekend.
We always have a hilltopping field and often had a 3rd field that is just walk/trot. That is a good way to introduce a new horse to hunting while helping to keep him calm.
