Nick Peronace Dressage

Big thanks to abrant for bringing Nick’s “art” to light - as this thread was enough to pull me out of a 3 year COTH ‘retirement’.

I really, really, really would like to go audit this upcoming clinic!

Has anybody contacted the farm hosting the clinic to let them know about this? Or are we wanting the clinic to happen so a CoTH delegate can see the maestro in action?

I believe they have been contacted. They seem like very nice people and as much as I’d love to video a “humping to third level” (that’s classic, thank you abrant) I would rather they make an informed decision about hosingt the clinic rather than keep mum for entertainment purposes.

Party pooper!

Well, it actually wasn’t me but I do support the idea of the farm being contacted.

Maybe “humping to third” will become an internet sensation-- like the harlem shake or something. Though, let me be ambitious and say that if I’m humpin’ to something… I’m humpin’ to at LEAST PSG.

Nick Peronace Dressage You know what would be ideal? If I could find like a hunter that does easy quick changes that is alittle older so his muscles are also developed, say around 10yr. All Id have to do is polish a bit and teach lateral movements and go right into a Third Level test at a show. Doesnt take long really. Then over the winter I can work on perfecting the collection, and develop the right muscles while teaching Tempi Changes, and by spring again compete 4th level Prix St. George.

That could be the game plan anyway lol!!

Am I the only one that thinks this is just incredible? Maybe someone did hack his account and then started posting crazy crap like this!?!?!

Long time lurker, first time poster. I was so delighted to see this thread reopened that I had to post.

For what it’s worth, when this broke, a friend of mine did a little googling on “Lorenda [sic]” (specifically with the misspelling that only Mr Peronace uses) and found a fishtank forum with a poster who goes by the charming name Jaws69. The poster shares some distinct similarities (hell, it’s obviously him) with Mr Peronace and indeed confirms ownership of a meat company, which is later additionally confirmed to be called Enterprise Steaks.

His writing style does seem to be what I’d expect out of a somewhat ditzy teen girl. Do ditzy teen girls hack? (Other than on horses… )

Oh, I just saw that I have a Facebook friend in common with him. Hmmm.[/QUOTE]

Hmmm, indeed. I’ve got two.

No, that is Nick. No hacking required. He’s a bit odd.

I showed the video to my husband so we could enjoy it together…he didn’t get it. Sometimes I hate being the only horsey person in my family…lo

on a side note, I may try and hump my way through the levels this winter as well-my horse hasn’t bucked me off in awhile…

I’m not sure I understand Mr Peronace’s analogy comparing enrolling in one of his clinics to going to a movie. Personally, I like to see a trailer first and read professional reviews. And then a movie is so much cheaper than his clinic.

Oh, this thread.

Please, please let Richard Simmons make an exercise video for all of us aspiring to hump up the levels- “Humpin’ to the Oldies”

I think that we are providing a good critique of this particular “film”. Although we have only been given one “scene” to preview (and it was not definitely not appropriate for children).

I’m really curious…is ANYONE active on this thread named Katie?!

I’ll be Katie!!! (I am Spartacus…)

I’m new here, but thanks for researching all of this (and providing hilarious commentary! “Humping to third level”!!! ). It’s hard to believe someone quite like this exists, bless his heart. If he ever comes my way, I’ll know to steer clear, or at least to have my phone ready to take some precious video! Thanks again for getting this information out there and to abrant for asking about it.

This thread is so epic it’s actually inspiring people to post!

OH DEAR GOD NO.

Where’s my brain bleach? I have to excise that visual immediately. :dead:
