Criticism in itself does not bother me. Surely not everyone has the same taste in music or movies or anything else, and you can find forums all over the internet. Just because a small group or even a large group says a certain rock band has no talent or a movie is terrible does not make it true, it only makes it true to that particular group.
In reading some of these post, I can 100% guarantee that anyone who claims they have worked with me and did not get positive results is an absolute liar. The closest I’ve ever come to a dissatisfied client recently, was a lady in NJ who pissed off her dressage trainer who also kept many clients horses on her facility. This lady rode her poor mare front to back, and so the horse was not forward and learn to suck back. This mare developed a real ring problem and this lady would actually beat this horse with a crop hundreds of times in a row to try to get any response.
What I had her do, was first I rode the mare. I did not touch her mouth at all. Once I asked for trot and I felt her lock up, I backed off, and dismounted. Some trainers might have dug a spur or use the whip, but that is not my style. Instead I went back to basics and got the mare listening to me from the ground walking, troting, by voice command right by my shoulder. Then I asked this lady to get on while I stayed right next to her doing the same thing. All this lady had to do was sit there. Once the mare was troting and walking, and the transitions were smooth I then detached the lead rope and she was able to ride around her arena and she was very happy with the result.
The dissatisfaction came when she asked me to keep coming out but wanted me to do it for practically nothing. So, she had the idea to take me on as the new head trainer of her facility and hope I could fill the stalls. She asked for my proposal which I provided, but what she didn’t tell me was that she was considering another trainer and she actually showed that trainer my proposal! Horse people are the strangest I have ever met and this one was really weird! I have no idea what she was trying to do or why she did what she did but that led to a negative angry response from me and that is closest I’ve ever come to dissatisfaction.
I have always been 100% honest about my abilities I’ve never lied I’ve never let anyone on I will tell you what I can do and what I cannot do. One thing I want to clear up, and I SOOO dont blame anyone for becoming skeptical when they hear the term “Grand Prix rider”, and expect to see some scores or some competition history. I need to change that on my website, and stop saying that. This is my fault, I do not want to lead anyone on, I do not compete at that level! I went to a schooling show and that is the most I have done at Grand Prix. However, I am certainly trained to that level and also self-taught trained to airs above ground. I have trained in ALL High School movements, including Spanish walk and Spanish trot.
Also, to clear up, I NEVER EVER call myself a master of dressage, other people call me that! I am not arrogant I am NOT self deluded and I am NOT a pompous in any way. I am, very confident in my abilities and what I can produce. We might disagree on certain aspects of training but that does not make me right and you wrong or vice versa.

I’m the Katy that posted on his facebook asking him for an explanation as to why he lied about the Dressage Today article. He has refused to answer my question and actually deleted it a few minutes ago. He’s also blocked me from posting on his page…this is a tremendous loss for me, let me assure you. :lol:
Just for clarification, I am not the Katie that he is going to sue and sever. I hope she is anxiously awaiting by her mailbox, wherever she may be. 
Can a FB user delete a post that is not a reply to a post they made? For example, if chicagojumper went back and made a separate comment with the DT link, could Peronace delete it?

Why would I?

He is for real. He called my cell phone looking to book a clinic.
I did publish a book (not about dressage but…) and I got some news for Mr. P. You aren’t slotted for publishing until the contract is signed. A contract. It has performance schedules in it, deadlines, expectations for both parties, and a publication schedule. It’s like a big wordy document that your attorney looks at and you sign. Sometimes you get a check too.
Mr. P: Do you remember signing something like this? I didn’t think so. What the guy at the show told you (if there really was a guy at the show, I’m kind of doubting that now too but anyway…) was really just a kind blowoff. Anybody can submit a manuscript to a publisher. Authors do it all the time and, sad for you, most of them get rejected 
Talking to a guy at a horse show about a book that you haven’t even written yet does not get you a publication date.
