Well, I think the US team did really quite well considering. I should think the Germans are smarting a bit, and I’m truly happy that the Brits did so well. I’m looking forward to watching Laura B’s ride once my freezer repair man has gone 
The Dutch? I’m not enjoying watching them ride, much. Though Totilas is a phenomenon, to be sure.
The Dutch clearly have some amazing horses. I wish I could respect their riders more.

On the bright side, this does qualify the US to send a team to the Olympics, since Great Britain is automatically qualified as the host country.
I have to say that Laura B’s ride gave me goose bumps… her and her father do an amazing job and are kind to their horses in trianing! I think it was better than Totilas’s.
On a bright note, it was nice to see Courtney standing on the side lines to route on Steffan!!
And Steffan came in 3rd individually… SUPER!
