They seem to have had real problems with their Hadley inventory - they’ve discontinued some sizes, other size and color combinations go out of stock for surprisingly long periods of time, etc . . . I love those breeches, but have had to move on to other options because of lack of inventory. Really frustrating to have your order canceled!
I had enough with delayed shipping, and then had a serious enough customer service issue that I cancelled my SmartPaks and don’t use SmartPak at all anymore. They used to be fantastic but since they were bought out it just isn’t the same. I’ve gone back to Dover and local places.
That’s what confuses me about the house products that they push so hard. I know they are manufactured overseas, so inventory can be a challenge, but when your basic, popular, colors are out of stock for months on end, it might be time to start making changes in the supply chain.
I have had 3 shipping issues with Smarpak…losing faith in them. Took 3 weeks for them to answer a sizing question on an item; next time I have a sizing question I will order, and if item doesn’t work out, let them pay the return shipping.
