Noble Mission

Have recently developed an infatuation with this stallion

As a sport horse rider and enthusiast; I just love the looks of this stallion, his pedigree and all of his most recent foals are real lookers as well; extremely balanced, good bone, beautiful head and necks.

Has anyone seen him in person? All of the photos I have come across; he is wonderful.

How old are his oldest now? Will be keeping my eyes peeled for retirees looking for a second career, I WANT ONE!!:yes::o

for those that want to see a photo of this beauty in all his glory:

His first foals are weanlings. It’s going to be a while.

darnit!!

I’ve seen him the past couple years at Lanes End. I’ll have to try to dig up pictures. I’ve spent a lot of time around his 3/4 brother, Bullet Train, who I think is a lot nicer to look at (especially from a sport horse perspective) and is much more affordably priced for folks like me.

I was just viewing bullet train, nice horse too!.

Speaking of crestwood farm stallions, General Quarters and Get Stormy <3 <3 I’ll take something from one of them too but hard to tell when you don’t know how they move

General Quarters is the November Breeding Stock sale, can’t remember what book and haven’t checked to see if he’s gone through yet.

I actually considered what it would take to purchase him myself, as I do have a 10 year plan of investing in a stallion. But now is not the time for me.

wow he is?? how neat. I love that horse. I’d rather give him a new job though than market a stallion. Hope he finds a soft place to land; handsome horse.

just checked their auction results page and HIP number 4188 (General Quarters) is not populating for me

according to their website he would sell in Book 6 on Friday November 18th as HIP 4188

I LOVED Get Stormy. LOVED him. Super fangirl.

Here are some pictures of Noble Mission from Friday. I’ve seen five of his foals so far and have really liked what I’ve seen. I’m a little worried about how he’ll do in the U.S. as a turf stallion but he’s definitely got a good group led by Lane’s End and Juddmonte supporting him.

Thanks Got Paints! He really is lovely!!

I love the type that Galileo is putting on his horses and I think that sport horse people would really love his type also. Hardy horses for sure!

Interestingly he’s putting quite a bit of leg on his foals for not having a ton of leg himself. His brother is off to an outstanding start at stud so I have hopes he’ll do the same but think his may be more late maturing on the track since his best season came at 5 and he only made 1 start at 2.

I agree with Texarkana you should also check out Bullet Train, he is a lovely sport horse type , I’ve seen quite a few of his babies at the sales everyone of them that I saw were lovely and uphill , with big over tracking walks.
He also appeared to pass on his temperament , we were looking at one of them outside one of the sales barns when a yearling from another barn had a meltdown causing all the other yearlings to start acting up.
This Bullet Train colt just stood there and barely moved!
