Noelle Floyd Insider - anyone subscribe?

Just saw an ad for the master class with Ian Millar…it looks great. But then I saw the annual subscription rate for Noelle Floyd Insider of $200…gulp.

Anyone subscribe? Worth it?

I actually subscribed prior to the masterclass being offered. I just really like their behind the scenes articles and videos of what top riders are using for bits, or whats in their tack trunk, etc. I read it as often, if not more often that my subscription to CotH. One thing I will say is that NF doesn’t always have the best writers. Some of the articles just don’t flow, or just don’t read well IMO. But it’s not all the articles, and I can still pick away at the info in the meh ones.

I found the masterclass to be very enjoyable to watch but a bit disappointing from a practical application standpoint. It was a bit less focused on actual exercises and more about mindset. I was hoping for more exercises both on the ground and in the saddle. I do think a lot of what Ian says is important for us all to think about as riders. What we can do to prepare ourselves mentally. I love his message about always being a student, always watching around for what you can learn.

It’s interesting, but a lot of what he talked about was echoed in this article from Missy Clark:

My intro to Noelle Floyd was through Facebook and the links to their free articles posted there. I enjoyed those (while I agree some are not written as well as others, I found them all entertaining/informative) and was intrigued to see more, but held off joining Insider due to the cost. I then signed up for their Edit boxes, that come once a quarter, and those have been great! When the last Edit box had a coupon for a percentage off of Insider I joined, and I am really glad I did. If you look at the cost from a monthly basis, it is not that bad. I feel like I get my money’s worth.
