Noelle Floyd Masterclass?

I keep seeing ads for Noelle Floyd’s Masterclass but have yet to actually meet anyone who has subscribed. It’s not inexpensive so wanted to hear some actual first hand experiences with it.

I’ve been riding since before I could walk and consider myself an advanced rider but am newer to jumping (only started about 3 or 4 yrs ago) and am comfortable in the 3’ range. I had been trying to lesson weekly, but didn’t feel like I was getting much out of it with my current instructor, so when my work schedule got busy, I just sort of slowly stopped going in September. I have horses at home and ride 2-3 a day, so haven’t stopped riding, but feel a bit stuck and I admit trying to go out and find another good instructor who isn’t in Florida at the moment sounds a bit daunting. I’m perfectly safe and competent on my horses, I’m more interested in developing my riding “theory” and learning new techniques and exercises. I certainly don’t underestimate the importance of a good ground person, but wonder if this might be a good solution to get me through the winter months? Let me know your thoughts.

I’ve subscribed. I was a bit disappointed at first by the program. I’m an intermediate jumper rider. they are all beautifully produced videos. I thought the Ian Miller video class was really interesting and very much along the lines of “theory”. I was hoping for more under saddle exercises. But not bad. I wasn’t a fan of Archie’s section, but I did really enjoy Missy Clark’s exercises, she explains things very clearly.

I would really like them to work with top flight grooms on stable management, I think that’s a place where there just isn’t a ton of high quality information In one place.

I think you would probably be better off subscribing to equestrian coach. That is very tactical with specific exercises you can work on and there is a diversity of professionals on there with different approaches. It’s a lot of content for less than noelle Floyd. The video quality and editing aren’t as slick, but I think there are very helpful ideas if you have specific things you want to work on.

In light of recent events, I’d like to note that Equestrian Coach is a Bernie Traurig creation. Bernie is very vocally in support of George Morris and in favor of eliminating safe sport.

The content I’m sure is great. Just know where your money is going.

I have not been impressed with my NF subscription. The lessons aren’t practical enough for me–not enough instruction, it’s like listening to an audiobook without seeing anything done. I’m a visual learner.

I have used Equestrian Coach in the past and found some of those videos quite helpful.
