I saw that one! Little pricey for what I’m looking for, but it is very nice!
I hit up Hobby Lobby when they have the frames on 50% off rotation.
Well, I will need to get one soon – ordered a print from the photographer so need something to put it in and that will be her Christmas gift – though DH says we have lots of spare frames around the house somewhere.

I always look at TJ Maxx or Marshalls for picture frames - you never know what they’ll have in stock, so a bit of a gamble if you are pressed for time, but the prices are decent. Maybe instead of a themed frame you can buy something basic and DIY a themed mat? A bit of subtly-equestrian paper, plus some mod-podge or double sided tape, and you’re done.
