Ok, this is not a nice story however, I am cheered by the attitude of the Sheriff and his dept. They are not taking animal abuse as cavalierly as some places.
I hope they throw the book at this miserable excuse of a “person.” She deserves to be held underwater and be allowed to struggle so she can feel exactly what she put her poor dog thru.
