Anyone else stop receiving their subscribed thread notification emails over the past week or so? I am not getting any at all, and I haven’t changed anything.

Yes, actually, I’m having the same problem! :lol:
It looks like there may have been some comcast-related change that’s suddenly resulting in automated emails from our system being blocked. We were also having similar trouble with accounts tied to earthlink addresses, but I’m not sure if that’s still an issue.
The tech folk have been contacting the companies to see if we’ve somehow been blacklisted and checking to see if there’s anything on our end that could be causing it too.
We’re definitely working on it from our end and hope to get it sorted out soon. We’ve had to sticky a notice at the top of the forum because some new registerees aren’t getting their account activation notices too, so it’s definitely a priority item.
Anyone else not receiving their automated system emails re: new private messages, thread updates, etc., please feel free to chime in, particularly if you DON’T have a comcast.net email address, so we can see if it’s affecting any other email providers.

Thanks Mod 1! Yep, that durn Comcast must be the culprit in my case.
If they don’t get their act together soon enough, Santa is going to leave coal in their stockings…:lol:

I am not either, but I have a gmail account! Might want to check with them as well!

Looks like your reminder did the trick, judging by the bombardment today of my inbox with thread notifications from the last few WEEKS. Probably at least a hundred so far have come in, and they’re still coming…:lol:
