GYMNASTICS - One of our favorite winter activities is our weekend gymnastics lessons. Whether you’re an experienced hand over fences, have heart palpations about walking over a log or anything in between, our private lessons using ground poles, cavaletti and small fences are a fun break from our normal dressage program. Truly adjustable to all levels of experience, and no jumping tack required.
We’re excited to offer lessons with international event rider Rebecca Lee. Becky has ridden through the Three Star level, and has been on the Long List for the Canadian Eventing Team. With a background in Psychology specializing in trauma and anxiety, Becky is a kind, funny and high-energy teacher, and will be offering gymnastics lessons on Saturday afternoons, as well as either Tuesday or Thursday afternoons.
Becky’s first group of Team Sprieser students all RAVED about how fabulous she was, so join in the fun this Saturday! Please contact me for more information - we aren’t scheduling these lessons with our e-scheduling system.
TRADITIONAL DRESSAGE - keeping four on the floor? Join me for a lesson the weekend of February 14-15 and March 14-15. Whether it’s test prep, musical freestyle choreography or just plugging away at whatever your 2015 goals may be, benefit from my decades of experience training successful, happy FEI horses and riders from scratch, as well as my indoor arena with dust-free footing that make riding in even the worst of winter’s weather a blast.
