NoVA Boarding- Good, Bad, and Ugly

I know there are several threads on this topic but they all appear to be several years old and a lot can change in a few years.

I would love to hear the good, bad, and ugly about boarding barns in NoVA particularly Purcellville/Lovettsville, Leesburg, and Aldie.

-Fox Grove Stables
-Ballyclare
-Open to other suggestions.

Feel free to PM me privately if you would rather. Looking for a place with a sane barn manager/owner, good, safe pastures, horses well taken care of, etc for $700/month or less. Horse is retired so no need for indoor, trainers, fancy amenities, etc. High standards of care are a must.
