Novice A dressage test diagram

I am looking for a diagram for novice A to look at my touch points, specifically “A-C serpentine”. Yes, I have tried googleing and I seem to find everyone elses tests but not this one. I have watched Youtube videos and it hasn’t helped.

Hi Cindy, I rode this test at Full Gallop in January. It’s not a diagram but you can see the serpentine in this video https://youtu.be/ol6git5X1IM . The move is really just two half circles. I’m not sure what we scores on the actual move but we got a 31 on the whole test so it must have been passable.

Oh I’m sorry, I misread your post! So probably my video won’t help but may the two half circles ideas will?

See, it made sense to me that it is 2 half circles but my trainer showed me something that was more like 2 1/3 circles connected by what looks to be a diagonal line.

Not a definitive answer, but I just read the test, and it seems like it should be a half circle to the left from A to X and another half circle to the right from X to C. Change the bend at (or near) X.

Read the rulebook!

DR110 The Figures and The Exercises

Serpentine. The serpentine with several loops touching the long side of the arena consists of half circles connected
by a straight line. When crossing the centerline, the horse should be parallel to the short side (a). Depending
on the size of the half circles, the straight connection varies in length. Serpentines with one loop on the
long side of the arena are executed with 5-meter or 10-meter distance from the track (b). Serpentines around the
centerline are executed between the quarter lines ©.
