Does anyone have experience with the NRS Brand of western saddles? I am looking at a used NRS Ranch Cutter to have as a backup saddle when I need an extra.

Meh. I’d consider them an entry level, production saddle. But if you’re just using it as a backup, buying used and for a decent price, you’ll get by just fine.
