Nunn Finer Verona Bridle?

Tack of the Day posted a Nunn Finer Verona Bridle…which I did not buy because I could not find any reviews on it, and there is a “no return” policy on Tack of the Day items.
Now that it is too late to make a rash purchase…does anyone have one of these bridles, and if so, would you please share your opinions on it? I know that Bartville makes much of the Nunn Finer and Tory product lines for the eventing crowd, but this bridle looks much more hunter-oriented in style.
I am wondering how the sizing runs and if anyone can provide information on the quality of leather /stitching. Thank you in advance.

The description of it on the NF website sounds very much like the Caterina hunter bridle, which is their wide noseband one. So while I haven’t seen the Verona itself, I had one of the Caterina and liked it very much, I thought it was good quality for the price point. It probably would have been worth it particularly on a TOTD deal! It was fairly true to size, but if you had questions on measurements the Farm House carries Nunn Finer and could probably give you more specifics. I had to sell mine because my current horse takes an O/S but the last horse used horse size, so I didn’t have a use for it anymore and I was sad to have to let it go!

I had one. Nice quality for the price point, broke in easily. My horse was borderline cob/horse and the cob size was more like pony size & a very hard resale as a result. The horse size ran slightly small, but not as bad as the cob. I’d buy one again.

I really like my Nunn Finer tack - I have two bridles, and several one of pieces (a Kineton, a pair of reins, etc). I am happy with all of them, although I would agree that their bridles run a smidgen small. My mare who fits most cob bridles takes a horse-size Nunn Finer bridle.

Thank you all! After reading the reviews, I did place an order today - as the “Tack of the Day” seems to be more “Tack of Several Days” as far as availability. Madison, the Verona has a crank noseband, so I am hoping your Caterina is the same bridle with a non-crank noseband, Choices are half-chance, so we shall see what the Verona is like when it arrives.

I was thinking of purchasing the same bridle, how did it work out for you?

Oh my gosh, Callum, I just saw your post. So sorry I did not respond in a more timely manner. The bridle is great. good quality, good looking. I am very happy with it. As the other posters noted, the horse size runs true to size.
