If you missed the live stream last night, the class will be on the CBS Sports Network on Thursday, March 28th from 8:00-10:00 PM.
Just as a heads up, the last time I set my DVR to record a previous class, the first 20 minutes turned out to be a basketball game that ran long, and my recording stopped right before the jump off. Very vexing.
So you might want to set it to record a bit longer, just in case.
