Ride times have been posted but I don’t have them at my fingertips-that is the dressage only. Eventing won’t start till next week.
Typically for CCIs, dressage & XC start times are not announced until after the first jog (in case someone doesn’t pass).
Does anyone know where outside of the US we can watch? I can use a VPN, but I don’t have Peacock streaming.
Horse and Hound has a list of most English speaking, (and a few others,) where you might see them. I think you can stream from NBC. I signed up for Peacock, but DISH doesn’t have it so I will have to go thru computer, and hook up to TV.
I have Direct TV. Is there anything on Peacock I can’t get?
my understanding is that only Cox and Xfinity have the Peacock so far but you can get it all streamed and hook up your puter to the tv.
Why isn’t the Team staying at the Olympic Village?
This may be of interest, from Jackie Potts (WFP’s top groom). She is grooming for the Japanese team who trained at William’s yard. https://www.facebook.com/JackiePottsEquestrianServices
It is mostly behind pay wall. If you check the dressage forum I posted all the relevant links there. Thread “Olympics”.
First horse inspection July 29th - so no entries etc posted until that’s all done.
I see Djokovic and I chose the same descriptive term for the weather: brutal!!
Running scores for Dressage…Anyone know how to see the running scores for the Olympics? I was watching the regular dressage and cannot figure out how to view them. They are not included on the screen for the streaming. I wanted to be able to see them for the eventing dressage too

I’ve been watching the dressage replays - was enjoying the female commentator working with John Kyle but kept missing her name when she was introduced. Just figured out it is Lucinda Green. This bodes well for the eventing coverage!
Sounds like the cross country course will be unveiled soon - can’t wait to see it!
I am sooooooo excited to see it! With the Japanese doing everything so amazingly over the top in a nice way, I think the course is going to be EPIC!!
I read somewhere that the Dressage team was staying in a hotel rather than the Olympic Village as a precaution, feeling it was a safer option in an attempt to avoid Covid. Maybe all the US teams are doing that? I don’t know where the show jumpers are staying.
THE XC course is being publicized tomorrow I think, at least riders get to see it. I am so freaking excited
A Blow for Reigning Olympic Champions as Individual Medal Hopeful Withdrawn - France’s Tom Carlile has announced the withdrawal of 10-year-old Birmane
XC course available for preview on the Cross Country app. Very twisty! Doug Payne compares it to The Fork at Tryon.
8 looks scary, and the bullet trains having been painted white just on the top part - aren’t there some studies that can throw off the horse’s eye?
