I replied to someones comment “I love the movie Signs!” and it would;d let me post it because it was an incomplete sentence. That is a complete sentence!
Never mind. It did not appreciate my use of caps lock as I really love the movie! lol

For future reference, you nailed it, it does not like all caps. But just add an emoji and it will be happy.
Some how an emoji counts as a complete sentence, all caps does not.
