I am having difficulties getting through to them. I have tried an email (5 months with no response), another email (no response) and phone calls with no response. I am looking to do a transfer of ownership. I have the correct email and phone # as I am able to leave messages. Is this happening with anyone else or just me?

Maybe try somebody local who’s affiliated with them to see if they can give you a specific person to contact? I know Cashel Farm recently hosted the Oldenburg inspection in the GTA - maybe they can direct you to someone?
The transfer of ownership forms are available online. Unless you have a complication, you can download the form for the transfer form without a need for direct contact.

I just bought a GOV yearling, and the breeder told me to send the forms and papers straight to Germany. She said that she skips the US liasion office.
I haven’t done it yet, but it is on my to do list.
Emails to Sebastian are not responded to.
