There’s just one round today. Back to Dressage tomorrow, then back to Jumping on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, if I’m reading the schedule correctly.

I think this qualifier round decides on the order of go and to qualify.
Question. For some odd reason my memory tells me that when Daniel Deusser was first getting started, he got caught in some sort of doping issue. It also tell me that happened at Wellington when he rode with MMB on a German Nation’s Cup Team.
But I have googled and can’t find anything about it.
Does anyone else remember this?
From what the commentators are saying, it sounds like this round is to qualify through a team and determine their order of go, and then also to qualify the top 60 through to individuals. But only the top 3 from a team can go on to individual rounds, too.
But do scores carry over? Unsure on that point.
So this round is to set starting order? But scores reset to zero?
What is considered an “good” starting position?
