Anyone have tips and tricks for ordering these? Shipping takes 2-3 weeks? That just seems crazy to me…
They are great to work with. If you reach out to Abler on their FB page, you can ask if they have any in their US warehouse they could ship you more quickly. They will do this.

On the topic of pop rocks, does anyone have recent reviews they can share? I searched threads but didn’t find much in the last year or so. Do folks find pop rocks to be as effective as ulcergard/gastrogard?
I have no experience with the “pop rocks,” but I did have success on two different horses, at two different times, with the Abler paste version. Scopes confirmed.
Ok I’ve gotta ask. What on earth are omeprazole pop rocks?! Like the candy?!

I actually don’t think they make the paste version any longer. It was called AbGard. It is no longer on their site. It has been a couple of years since I used it. The other products are touted as being just as effective, however. At the time I used it, the paste was sold in either single use tubes, or a stable tube that had 6 doses in it. It was so easy and so much more simple.
I had trouble finding it at first, but it looks like they do offer a paste version of AbPrazole, along with the granules and tablets. I agree it seems much easier to syringe it than to make sure they eat all of the pop rocks

Ah, yes, you’re right. I was looking under the menu instead of the options under the product itself. Good find. It looks like they no longer have the stable pack with 6 doses in one syringe, but the single dose syringes are $10 each. I remember when I did it, it was going to cost me near $1000 for Gastrogard, or $350 from Abler.

When I order some at the beginning of the year, it took upwards of a month plus to receive them.
I just ordered some from Abler and was pretty impressed with how quickly they arrived. I ordered it on 4/28, it shipped from Singapore on 4/30 and it was in my mailbox 5/6.
I have not started feeding it yet, I still have some of the powdered omeprazole let.
You can pay for expedited shipping and get your package within a week or so. I have ordered several times. They used to give you a credit for the order which covered the extra ship cost. I don’t recall if this was on the invoice this year or not? Of course; shipping was much faster pre-pandemic. I buy the bigger Stable Paks.
I usually treat for 30 days then wean down another 30 days. Good stuff.
