Howdy amigos of the Coth Ranch,

I figure y’all know what big, mean dogs is and how they can scare a horse. This is about that. I thought I ought to share my tale on a hot summer day when I ain’t got much else to do.

Also, a few people-days ago, we got fed bergs of frozen ice, which had lots of carrots inside the ice. I don’t understand why they had to be put inside ice when it’s so danged hot outside, but we waited until they got kinda melty, and then I let my horse-buddies Coors and Coors Light do most of the hard work of slurpin and chewin at the bergs, and then after they was melted, I got my own share of carrots inside. Anyway, it was both kinda perplexin to an old horse, and also alright.

Aww, don’t worry none, DJohn. But thanks kindly for your concern for my well-bein’. Also, you can tell any horses you know that they ain’t got to be afraid od dogs. Unless they should be.
