One thread is wonky!

This EPA thread on Off Topic is not formatting correctly for some:

When we click on it, the posts are scrolled all across the page, the ads on top of them making them hard to read, the tabs covered by the ads impossible to use.

Never seen that glitch on just one thread?

I was wondering about that, had not seen that now for over a decade.
The new programming used to take care of that old problem.

The system can’t parse some links to shorten them. Still breaks the table every now and then
