What do you mean by “find progeny”? Do you mean to physically locate them? Or just to ID them?
If you just want to ID them, the first place to check is usually Horsetelex. A lot of its features are free.

Just select your language at the top left. Enter the horse’s name, and pick the correct one from the list (if more than one horse has that name). On the horse’s page, just above the pedigree, you will see something that says Show progeny, mareline, etc. Click the link for progeny. Bear in mind the data is not necessarily official or complete, but you can often find a lot of info that way.
If you need more info, you can try asking the registry, but there are sometimes costs associated with doing those kinds of database searches. And some (most?) of them will do it only for a horse you own.
