VTO customer service is great Laura sends emails if they are out of the items I wanted, and the ship fast. Big Dee’s is another favorite too. And of course, Jeffers for good prices.
Big D is awesome, as is Jeffers. I didn’t mention them initially as the OP asked specific to English tack; I tend to order from these places more for horse care, supplements, etc. Riding Warehouse is very good too for specifically English tack. All of the sites mentioned are good and I don’t think you can go wrong.
That’s a new site to me, thanks! They seem to carry Jack’s Mfg products which can be hard to find.

Paradise Farm & Tack has done well by me; suprirsed to not see them already. Other smaller places that I really like are Wilton Tack and Adams. Bit of Britain is weirdly-named for what they sell but does a fine job. SmartPak gets a lot of my money, but partially because I like their retail shop quite a lot.
State Line and Horseloverz both have interesting stuff for way cheap sometimes, but shop carefully and think hard about shipping costs and return policies. Stuff is a bit random and not always well-described.
When Tack of the Day or netequestrian have what you want, they’re awesome!
Riding Warehouse has become my go-to for regular shopping. Their shipping is always on time, and you can’t beat the second-day air for $5. Also, as I recently discovered from a thread here on COTH, they offer a regular 15% discount off their already great prices to US Rider members.
I regularly peruse Adams and SmartPak sale categories for replacement horse clothing. And I purchase my horses’ electrolytes from SmartPak because it’s the only kind they will happily eat (and I even had a problem with the shipping of that single product this week, but that topic goes on that other thread).
