Personally, I do not like the Tacky Too products. Too stiff for my tastes.
I’m a 5 Star girl. 
I hate their stuff- too stiff as noted above, and that grippy stuff is hot on a horse’s back.
I haven’t used one of these in years, because of the puddle of sweat they leave behind on the poor horse.
How about this Diamond Wool wither relief pad?
Nope, I had a different brand but similar concept pad and while it did help the saddle not slip, it also rubbed all the hair off at the part behind the saddle on my mare’s back (very back of the pad).
I like my wool/felt pad with the wither cutout best. Mine is HR, but Diamond makes a similar one, as well as several other brands.
I have one. I stopped using it and bought a Diamond wool pad. The Tacky pad makes the horse’s back way too hot!!
I am not a Tacky Too pad fan either. Honestly, I have found their products to be poor quality. A good wool pad, gel or not, is pretty hard to beat.
