Organizing inboxes

Does anyone have a logical way to save inbox e-mails? Have to clean out my inbox - guess I thought Premium would allow me more storage, but don’t think it does. I have lots of good stuff suggested by friends, methods of contact, etc. in some of those e-mails. Finding it hard to delete them. Do I really have to copy/paste and save in Word?

Edited to add: Also, is the only way to read the messages is to go back to the folder index? I can’t find a way to simply “move to the next message”.

When you’re in the inbox, put a checkmark after each message you want to save. Then go to the “Selected Messages” menu at the bottom and pick one of the three “Download as…” options (XML, CSV, or Text) and they will be saved to a file on your computer (all in one file, so if you want them separated you’d have to check and save one at a time.)

Premium users had a capacity for 200 stored messages vs. 100 for registered users, but I just bumped the Premium number up to 500. :slight_smile:
