If everything goes well, I’ll be able to start horse shopping in the next 60 days or so. I’m interested in OTTBs, does anyone know names of some people who buy and restart them on the East Coast? I’m in MD, but wouldn’t mind going to DE, VA, NJ, PA.

Have a friend with a nice horse from Turning For Home in Pennsylvania. Her trainer has gotten more than one from there and they seem like a good outfit from what I’ve heard.
Hay Creek Farm looks like they get some nice ones in from time to time - I know nothing about them but what they post on FB…have you checked out the Area II facebook page- I’ve seen plenty on there…
Meadow Spring Farm in Oxford, PA has a number, some restarted, some not yet. @Jleegriffith also has horses off the track available.
I’ve heard of After the Races in Fair Hill, Md but I personally don’t know them. Maybe someone else here has more info. Good luck in your search! Please update us once you decide!
I agree with New Vocations. I’ve gotten horses through them before, including my current guy. Most are lightly restarted but they also have a “graduates” section.
