UPDATE!!!
Per Maryland case search a Writ of Garnishment has been filed against her and approved by the court.
Default judgement awards plaintiff $8,715.50
Defendant is none other than the beloved owner of Bliss MF.
Interestingly enough in court records she states she doesn’t own Bliss. Granted she may mean her LLC owns him but according to USEF she is his owner.
Hopefully this will be the last time she is sued.
Why was she sued?
From what I can tell in the court records… something to do with not fulfilling her end of a contract.
I believe the person bought a breeding from her and she refused to send the semen and then did not refund the money. With the amount of the final judgment it leads me to believe that the mare owner may have been left to find another stallion and had to incur more costs… you can look it up on Maryland Case Search.
Maggie Fullington has years and years of lawsuits. Ripoff artist at the highest level.

I don’t want to laugh at the death of a horse but I definitely understand the spirit of this comment.
Doesn’t she have several stallions and like 25 babies all under 2 out in a back pasture somewhere?
I only knew of her and her dealings when she lived in down here near me in Florida. I have not kept up with her since she has moved, but honestly that would not surprise me.
I just hope for all involved with her they will see things for what they are… both good and bad.
