I think I’m going to order myself a pair or two and would love to know how they fit and if people like them. I know what I wear in TS and Pipers so if anyone could give me a reference of to stay the same or size up or down based on those brands that would be awesome!
Also, how are they in the summer? They say they have Dry Tex technology and I just want to know if that really helps or not. How thick is the fabric?

I have several pairs of the more relaxed Taylored style and I can’t understand why they discontinued the fullseats. Definitely my favorite breeches.
I’d say they run pretty true to size with the TS though I haven’t tried on a newer pair in a while. No experience with the pipers. Just bought a pair of USGs and got the same size.

Love them! My white full seats for shows are the Ovation Celebrity Slim Secrets. I would say they run pretty true to size and closer to TS than Pipers (which I don’t have any of, but have heard run large in the waist). Fabric is thick enough to even things out, but not terribly hot. My ONLY complaint with them is the weird bottoms. They are elastic and not quite sock bottoms - stretchy and fit around the lower part of the calf, but tighter where that meets the breech material on my larger calves.
If you are looking for summer schooling breeches vs show breeches, I highly recommend the Ovation Aqua X Slim Secrets. I bought a pair on TOTD on a whim and they are now my favorite everyday breeches. Perfect tech fabric that is cool but also sturdy (unlike tights), water repellant, and they have the nice slimming front. Bonus, these have more true sock bottoms that fit perfect - if they’d put that bottom on the Celebrity or make the Aqua X in white I’d be super happy!
‘Celebrity Slim Secret’ breeches? Is this what the horse apparel world has turned into? Now you can wear breeches that sound like a reality show or a quack diet meal replacement product?

I have multiple pairs of these and LOVE them. Several people asked if I had lost weight when I wore them at a show recently. They are higher waisted and hold all my extra in. I wear them in the hot humid Ga summer and while they aren’t cool, I don’t find them any hotter than average . I bought a couple pairs from totd when they had them . I’m only buying this style now
Love them, and wear the same size in them as I do in Pipers.
I have multiple pairs, and am quite depressed they discontinued the fullseats. The “slim secret” is simply that the woven, non-stretchy pocket material extends from the pockets to the fly, if you halfway engage your core muscles you suck it in more than the breeches help.
They just fit me like they were made for me, and I’m a little bit “hippy” and my 32Ls are perfect. They’re one of the few styles where the “L” is almost all in the leg and the waist isn’t hovering somewhere in the vicinity of my bra band. I like the material around the calf, it’s snug without being restrictive for me. I also like that the fullseat is lined with the wicking material. I don’t understand fullseats where the seat material is unlined right on your skin. It just rubs and feels nasty.
I guess I’m lucky I’m not riding much, they’ll keep until such time as I’m riding more down the road.
Thanks for all of the responses! I was going to order them online but I think I’ll head to Dover this weekend to try them on and make sure that they fit right and that I like the fabric.
I dont like them. Hot, they feel like diapers and keep sliding down. I’ve been riding in FITS for so long, - love the segmented seat which doesnt seem to pull down as much as other britches
