Overnight Boarding Recommendations in Healdsburg, CA Please.

California horse people, I am looking for a horse facility that does overnight boarding and have not had great success locating such a place. Please share suggestions if you are familiar with the area, it would be greatly appreciated!

A mare in transit will need a place to stay in Healdsburg, California for a night or 2 while shipper makes her way to destination. Mare has a 14 hour drive ahead of her so a place with a bit of turnout time would be ideal. Target date of arrival for overnighting would be around the 17th or 18th of September.

Help a kook add another horse to the herd. Thanks!

Sue Reinecke has Renaissance Farm in Healdsburg. Here’s a news letter for the local dressage chapter. I would call some people on the board and see what they say:

Fairwind Farm is just south of there, very nice place. Judge Sue Curry owns it. http://www.fairwindfarm.biz/

Fieldstone Farm is just on the south edge, too. Louise Labruchurie and her mom run it. Nice place: http://fieldstonefarm.biz/home/

That should give you start on finding a place. They know everyone.

All of those that Beentheredonethat recommended are great. Will add Hawkwood Hill Farm as a good option as well in Petaluma www.hawkwoodhillfarm.com, and Santa Rosa Equestrian Center in Santa Rosa srequestrian.com

Thank you so much for the information! I am on it.
