Page not loading well on iPhone w/Safari

Not all the time, but probably 10-20% of the time, the page loads with the words (Magazine/News/Horse Sports/etc.) missing from the green strip. Instead, they are overlaid on top of the text below the green line that says Chronicle Forums> Forum> Technical Assistance, etc.

So sometimes when I try to click on Forum, I end up clicking on something different by accident. #FirstWorldProblem, I know. :lol:

Anyone else?

I sometimes get terminal “ad stack” on top of the whole right side of the page on my iPhone 5. Renders it useless. Really annoying with PMs. But not all the time and it does not matter if I’m on 4g or WiFi or how strong the signal is.

Occaisionally get he same thing on a PC due to browser incompatability and hitting that torn page icon doesn’t always fix it. Think it came up before and it’s on COTH’s side.

Yes, about half or more of the time I can’t read a chunk of text on the right hand side of my phone due to the ads blocking it out. Sometimes I can guess what I can’t see but a lot of times it’s blocked out enough that I can’t really figure out what’s being said.

This… Can’t read with ads overlapping posts!

Me too. Right-side of page ads overlap/cover right-side of posts. Sometimes can guess what’s been said but other times not very easy.

I’m bringing this issue to the attention of the developers. I think an earlier notification may have been lost in the shuffle, as they’re working on a lot of stuff behind the scenes.

I am still having trouble! It is not every thread, maybe half, but I still have an issue with the ads on the right side covering up what people have written. I can email you a screen shot if needed. Thanks!

I still have problems on my iPhone 5 off and on, mostly its just slow but sometimes I get those overlapping ads on the right.

And a different problem, but still with my Iphone 5, it keeps logging me off as soon as I log on. On a different thread you told me to check “remember me” and that works on my iPad but not my iPhone.

Yes, I often am unable to read the first 1 to 2 posts on my iphone and ipad because the ads are covering 1/3 of them.

As am I. I can’t even respond to a thread in The Menagerie forum because the ads cover up the right side of the threads and block the reply or quote options.

OK, after several trouble free months, I have ad stack over the top of the WEG SJ thread. But ONLY the last page, 12 I think, the current one following the live streaming from those that can get it. Most annoying. Can’t even get to the pages to turn back or the forum topics to click into another.

Also getting “skipping” when I pull up a thread in Eventing forum, Scroll down and it keeps popping back to the top. iPad with 4g, Safari, currently running on my home wireless router.

I just switched off the WiFi and went to 4g only. No change. Dammit, I am off today and wanted to follow along live with the SJ discussion as the class progressed.

Other sites check out just fine. My iPhone5 is doing the same things as the iPad.
