This morning, the page freezing that was getting so bad is gone!
Not once have pages frozen.
Did they get that fixed, anyone else also enjoying a freeze free morning?
I was just about to post that the pages are freezing more than ever for me. Pretty much every single page and I have to hit refresh 2 or more times to get it working.
Iām still occasionally seeing the āfrozenā pages (and what I hadnāt noticed until mentioned here) is that when āfrozenā the slider bar is missing. Reloading the page usually solves the problem.
Iām trying now to be more diligent to notice is the slider appears and disappears or if it never appears (when it doesnāt appear after the page is loaded).
I get frozen pages on my mobile, and not frozen but no scroll bar on my laptop

Yesterday I was getting over half tries frozen for a while.
Very odd glitch that one?
Ok, had a couple pages freeze this evening, but way not like the past few days, where some were freezing constantly and took several tries to get back in.
And mine stopped freezing this evening. Strange.
We donāt have a smiley for wild, crosseyed crazy, but that is what this freezing glitch is.
I bet it is driving the computer gurus to pull their hair out.

So, I am not alone! Freezing happening intermittently here, too.
Still every other page or so for me on mobile.
Not once this morning, all running fine, crazier and crazier.
The only problem is still, it takes me long minutes to get a post to finally be posted.
So long, some times there are several other posts showing there in those many minutes, some already answering mine that I was told was still waiting to be posted?

It has been slow since the change of format here, months now.
When editing, it posts within seconds?
Since I am not on any other web site or social media of any kind, canāt tell if it would do that in other places, it may then be on my end.

Doubt this is the reason for me. Everybody elseās sites load just fine.
COTH forums indicate they have loaded per the little bar at the top, but the page will not scroll down. Locked up. This happens on the mobile (Android) and laptop (Firefox).
Never suggested it had anything to do with the page freezing issue.
Probably not ālocked upā per seā¦ if you look at the right side of the frame, most likely the slider bar is not there. Thatās what is keeping the page from scrolling. (Donāt remember who, but someone else noticed it before I did 
).

Well whatever it is it makes the site nonfunctional (as in cannot view ADS).

When the page āfreezesā and the progress indicator shows the page has loaded, do you have a slider bar on the right?
Can you re-load the page successfully?
When the page freezes for me, that means I canāt scroll around to read posts, the banner Boehringer Ingelheim ad is still trying to load and change fragmentally, so something in the page is still working.
I either click on the back tab and the page goes to the last one I was on, or exit COTH and start all over.
Some times it takes more than one try to not hit another frozen page.
Donāt have any idea what does that or if it has anything to do with that one ad trying to load, or some other I canāt see, since I canāt scroll around.
Some have reported that using a heavy duty ad blocker stops that, so it makes sense it is something about the ad loading freezing pages?
Sometimes. Usually takes mutiple attempts. Cache is cleared. Have logged out and logged back in. Does not seem to matter much.
