COTH peeps, I know some of you have been and are customers. Has anyone been in contact with them recently? The phone message seems to say that they are not able to access their voice messages now, due to COVID, but encourages us to email. I’ve sent an email this week but have not yet received a response. Any information available?

I’d email again. They’ve gotten back to me via email recently about a saddle adjustment.
I emailed them before COVID and never heard back.

That’s very sad news. I’m sure that the pandemic, death of the owner (Curt Hanks), and lack of available workforce was all too much. Very sad.

Someone has bought Smith-Worthington. Now know as The Smith-Worthington Co. Check out their FB page. Have not heard about when they are starting up again.
