Paint Sprayers

Can anyone recommend a brand/model paint sprayer that can handle Fence-Pro fence paint?

dunno about the paint you are using, but I think Wagner carries a sprayer for every paint type.

Any Graco airless sprayer. Get a nozzle extension so you don’t have to stand so close. There is not overspray as with air sprayers, but there is some bounce back. Be sure to get the proper size nozzle and right fan width. The paint manufacturer should know the proper nozzle size.

A tip extension looks like this, but make sure you get one that will work with which ever model gun you get.

This is the smallest Graco and would be plenty enough tool for your job and many more for decades to come:

That place has about as good a price as you will find on sprayers, parts, and accessories, and they have staff that can answer questions.

Perfect! Thank you both!

Also check Craigslist for “airless sprayers”. Any commercial model should be okay. I did a quick search and found this one. Graco is sort of the top of the line quality, but others will be plenty good enough for painting a fence.

A top sprayer is really a must have for the farm. You can quicky paint everything that otherwise takes forever.

I agree and I’m getting tired of contracting it and not getting a quality job.

The gas powered ones look like they would make the job even easier.

The paint link above recommended a 6/10 gal per min at no less than .319 tip capacity for the Fence Pro paint.

Extended nozzle sounds like a really good recommendation.

Can these paint sprayers be used indoors, by chance? I’m looking at a house with awful colored walls and I hate painting.

i rented one for my jump painting days and it was a great decision! check your local paint store if you can just rent one

Yes, years ago we painted the whole barn/tackroom/feedroom and parts of the house with an older one similar to this one:

Home Depot also rents paint sprayers.
That is a good way to go, if you won’t need one after you get your painting done.

Thanks! You’ve just made my day. I really, really hate painting.

Why hello Spambot! Welcome to COTH. I hope your furniture does not faint often, perhaps a call to the doctor is in order.
