Parlanti Miami or Tucci Galileo?

I know I’ve posted a bunch of other boot question, but I am in the market for new boots and can’t decide which one I want since one of my calves are larger than the other, which makes boots sit too tight or odd on me. I’ve tried the Ariat Contour Challenge and they are just super tight on one calf, whereas perfect on the other one - if I go a calf size up they’ll be too big on the smaller calf. The Parlanti Miami boot, the one that fits my calf, is slightly loose around the knee. And the Tucci Galileo boot is snug on both calfs (does shut up with some help, however just seems stiff). Any ideas or reviews on either the Parlanti Miami or the Tucci Galileo?

I have the Miamis. They’re a beautiful boot, but I just bought them in July and wear them VERY sparingly (pretty much just shows/clinics, though I have had a spell ~2 months wearing them in lessons while my schooling boots are being fixed) and the zipper is already busted!!! Luckily I got an amazing deal on them so repairing the zipper isn’t a huge deal, but I’m still pretty frustrated with the durability.

Fwiw I have one calf slightly larger than another and I had parlantis but was never happy with how they fit - tried the tuccis and didn’t like those either ended up with custom deniros for a similar price and then a pair of off the shelf Salentos and I am super happy with them.

I’m on my third pair of Parlanti boots. I just got the new model with the rounded toe and I love them. This is the first time I’ve ordered slim, I had been sort of between sizes and ordering medium calf.

The new guys zip up a little slowly and I leave them a little undone when I’m not riding, but I love them. I know people have had issues with zippers, and I’m starting to think I haven’t had issues with them on my other two pair bc mine were a hair too loose. I mean just barely. So my sense is if you want a really soft, really comfortable, not particularly durable pair, the parlantis are great.

I have the Tucci Galileo and I LOVE them. I’ve had them since August and ride in them every day (and don’t take exceptional care of them tbh) and they’re still in beautiful condition.

When I was in college I did some work in Nebraska at a feedlot. One of the cowboys was a great leatherworker. I had him make me some half chaps…he only measured on leg AND well only one halfchap fit!
In the drawl that can only come from a working cowboy he said…“kind of like this feedlot calves of different sizes”
I about peed my pants.
Sorry to derail.
Carry on!

Is the new model with the rounded toe called Parlanti Dallas ?

Yes, the round toe one is the dallas in field boot and aspen in dress boot. I prefer the dress boots bc they are so easy to clean and polish but I know they’re not for everyone.
